Warranty

Shuttle is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, explicit or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur due to the use or inability to use Shuttle.

Shuttle is guaranteed to function on a clean Shopify store, which is defined as a Shopify store without any active 3rd party apps.

Due to the quantity and variety of Shopify apps and add-ons, we do not guarantee that Shuttle will function with all third-party apps or add-ons of any kind. We do not assume responsibility and will not be held responsible for any conflicts or compatibility issues that may occur due to third-party software.

Moreover, while Etsy and Shopify’s APIs continue to evolve, Shuttle is guaranteed to function up to the API version it was tested on. Upon API updates, every effort will be made to roll out a compatible version of Shuttle in the shortest feasible time. We cannot guarantee full functionality during these Shuttle updates.

Should conflicts occur with third-party software, we may provide support at our discretion.

Support

Shuttle is offered “as is” and with no implied meaning that it will function exactly as “you” would like, or that it will be compatible with any and all third-party components and add-ons.

Support for Shuttle is only available for those who have an active plan.

Support and updates for Shuttle are provided as long as Shuttle is actively in development and is actively maintained. Should any one of the following occur, we will no longer be responsible for providing support for Shuttle:

  • Shuttle is no longer actively developed as a viable product.
  • Etsy API or Shopify API is no longer actively developed.

While we attempt to provide the best support possible for this service, we do not guarantee that any particular support query can, or will be answered to the extent, or within a timeframe that the inquirer is completely satisfied.

Membership Activation

Upon App installation, Free Trial is enabled. Upgrading to Premium Account requires you to activate the plan through Shopify.

After your payment has been processed successfully, your Premium membership will be activated, and you will be able to use Shuttle without the Free Trial Limitation.

Shuttle is an annual plan, meaning, once the plan has been upgraded to Premium, you’ll be able to use Shuttle to transfer products and reviews, based on the limitation of the selected plan, for a full year. After the year passes, the plan will be deactivated.

Removing Shuttle from your Shopify account will cancel the plan, and all future charges will be canceled.

Shuttle reserves the right to deactivate accounts where account usage or behavior is detrimental or egregious to the operation of Shuttle

Ownership

Shuttle is the property of omniWP. Claiming any intellectual or exclusive ownership rights of our products is strictly prohibited.

Website Content

All content found on this site and throughout the plugin including images, documentation, support queries and any other information is the property of omniWP unless mentioned otherwise and may not be redistributed without permission or consent.

Price Changes

omniWP reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a plan without prior notice or consent. Users on active plan will not be charged extra for using the plan, even if the plan's price was increased.

Refund Policy

We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the Shuttle unusable, we will be happy to consider offering a credit refund.

Credit Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions entirely:

  • You are within the first 30 days of the purchase of the app.
  • Your issue(s) come from not being able to perform the core functions of the service.
  • You have attempted to resolve your issue(s) with our support.
  • No refunds will be granted after the first 30 days of the original purchase.
  • No refunds will be granted if the majority of the Etsy shop’s products have been transferred using Shuttle.
  • Issues caused by 3rd party add-ons or apps, Shopify themes or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.

By joining a plan from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgement or legal actions.

Please note that Shuttle is required to use Shopify’s billing system, therefore, only a Credit Refund can be issued. Credit Refunds credit your Shopify account for the amount purchased for future application purchases.

Email

omniWP will never send you promotional emails or newsletters. We will never sell, share or release your email or any other personal data to any external parties.

License Agreement

By joining our service, you indicate and consent that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions listed and detailed on this page. We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice or consent.

Serverability

If any part of this Agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding.
